Soft Play Party Hire FAQ
We cover an area of approximately 15 miles from Falmer on the outskirts of Brighton. We have included a map with our rough coverage area. If you are outside our area it may be that we can do something to help – by all means contact us by phone on 07510212888
It takes 30-45 minutes to set up the soft play equipment at the beginning of a hire, with the same again to pack it all away at the end of the hire period.
Please do keep this in mind when booking your time slot at a venue.
Yes, We have £5 million pounds Public liability cover for our equipment hire.
We supply all the equipment needed for a successful soft play party. What you will need to provide is a 240 volts mains power supply (a normal domestic socket) if you’re having a bouncy castle – for the blower.
You will also need to ensure that the area for the castle or soft play is clear and ready for us to set up in.
At our Arrival we request a £50 security deposit to be refunded upon leaving with all of the equipment undamaged.
We’ve never not had to give a deposit back yet…
Please remember face paints will stain the soft play equipment.
We accept: Debit and Credit cards through our website or Cash on the day of booking when we deliver the soft play to you.
Alternatively you can pay the booking deposit by card and the balance by cash on the day.
Our Minimum Order for Party Bookings is £60 within 10 Miles of Brighton. Party Bookings that are further afield will have slightly higher minimum order values – by all means feel free to phone/message and check first.
Soft Play Do’s
Soft play is an awesome way for kids to learn about their surroundings while having fun, building and knocking things down, climbing and falling over.
It is your responsibility to have an appropriate number of responsible adults onsite to supervise the children playing.
Please leave us a clear area to set up the equipment – it takes us around half an hour to set up. The quicker we set up – the quicker the kids can play
